Required for All Creators Monetizing on BLIP
BLIP is a music-driven collaboration platform built for safe and lawful creative expression. By activating monetization (subscriptions, digital passes, fan chat, live sessions), you agree to the following terms.
1. Prohibited Content
Creators may not upload, share, monetize, or promote content involving:
1. Adult / Sexual Content
- Nudity, sexual acts, pornography, fetish content
- Suggestive or sexualized content intended for arousal
- Sexual services, escorting, private adult shows
2. Copyright-Infringing Content
- Unlicensed or leaked music
- Unauthorized stems, multitracks, or beats
- Content that violates copyright or intellectual property laws
3. Hate, Violence, or Extremism
- Hate speech or slurs targeting protected groups
- Violent acts, threats, weapon promotion
- Extremist ideology or recruitment
4. Illegal or Restricted Goods / Activity
- Drugs, controlled substances, weapons
- Fraud, scams, misleading commercial activity
- Attempts to move payments off-platform
5. Unsafe Community Behavior
- Harassment, bullying, stalking, doxxing
- Encouragement of self-harm
- Endangerment or abusive behavior
2. Prohibited Monetization Practices
Creators may not:
- Sell adult content or access to sexual live streams
- Engage in off-platform monetization that bypasses BLIP
- Sell gambling, raffles, lotteries, sweepstakes, or financial speculation
- Solicit tips or payments for erotic interactions
- Impersonate other creators
3. Platform Enforcement
BLIP reserves the right to:
- Remove content that violates this policy
- Demonetize creators immediately upon violation
- Suspend or terminate accounts with repeated violations
- Report illegal content to law enforcement when required
4. Repeat Violation Policy
- 1st violation: Content removed + notice
- 2nd violation: Monetization suspended for 7–30 days
- 3rd violation: Permanent removal from monetization
- Severe violations may result in instant termination
5. Reporting & Appeals
Users and rights holders may report content directly through the BLIP app.
Creators may appeal moderation decisions directly in-app.
6. Agreement
By enabling subscriptions or other monetization features, you acknowledge:
✔ You have read and agree to this AUP
✔ You will comply with copyright law
✔ You understand your account may be suspended for violations
✔ You accept that BLIP may update this AUP at any time
